At Krash , we prioritize speed and reliability. Operating from our central distribution hub in Springfield, Missouri, we are strategically positioned to provide rapid delivery across the United States.

1. Fast 2-Day Shipping Program

We are proud to offer Expedited 2-Day Shipping on our Oversized Reading Wedge Pillows.

  • Carrier: We exclusively use FedEx Home Delivery® for residential shipments to ensure 7-day-a-week delivery.

  • Coverage: Due to our central Midwest location, a majority of orders qualify for 2-day transit. For remote or coastal areas, delivery typically occurs within 3 business days.

2. Order Cut-Off & Handling Time

To meet our 2-day delivery goals, we maintain a strict fulfillment schedule:

  • Daily Cut-Off: Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST (Monday–Friday) will be processed and dispatched the same day.

  • Handling Time: All other orders are processed within 1 business day.

  • Weekend Shipping: While FedEx delivers on weekends, our warehouse operates Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following Monday.

3. Real-Time Tracking

Once your Krash order is scanned by FedEx, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. You can monitor your shipment’s progress in real-time.

4. Oversized Item Delivery (Vacuum Compressed)

Our pillows are shipped using high-pressure vacuum sealing to ensure they arrive in a clean, compact box that is easy to handle.

  • Unboxing: Carefully open the polybag within 7 days of receipt.

  • Expansion: Your wedge pillow will reach 90% of its size within 2 hours, but please allow 24–48 hours for the high-density foam to fully regain its ergonomic shape and firmness.

5. Shipping Rates

  • Contiguous US: Rates are calculated at checkout via FedEx real-time API to provide the most accurate pricing.

  • PO Boxes: Please note that FedEx Home Delivery cannot deliver to PO Boxes. A physical street address is required for all orders.

6. Delivery Issues & Claims

If your package is marked as delivered but is missing, or if it arrives damaged, contact contact@krashsupply.com or call (859) 210-9606 within 48 hours so we can initiate a claim with FedEx immediately.
