At Krash , we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

2. Returns Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team:

Please include your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.

3. Oversized Item Note (Important)

Because our Oversized Reading Wedge Pillows are shipped vacuum-compressed, they are difficult to repackage once expanded.

  • If the item is being returned for "Buyer's Remorse" (e.g., changed mind, wrong color), the customer is responsible for sourcing a box large enough to fit the expanded pillow and for all return shipping costs.

  • We recommend keeping the original shipping box until you are certain you are satisfied with the product.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the damage and the packaging.

  • For verified defects, Krash will provide a pre-paid return label or a replacement at no cost to you.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for a non-defective return, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping paid by Krash  will be deducted from your refund.
